Order & Delivery Information
Pre-Order & Booking Policy
All buffet and catering orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows our kitchen team to prepare your food fresh, accurately and to the highest quality.
Orders placed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be declined or rescheduled depending on availability.
A minimum order value of £50 applies to all buffet and catering orders.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies
If you or your guests have any dietary requirements, allergies or special requests, these must be confirmed at the time of ordering.

We will always do our best to accommodate where possible, but we cannot guarantee changes for late requests made after an order has been submitted.

We offer local buffet delivery from
SeaYou Cafe & Restaurant, Felixstowe (IP11 2DY).
Free Delivery
We provide FREE delivery within a 5km radius of the restaurant, covering:

Trimley St Mary
-
Trimley St Martin
-
Felixstowe Ferry
A minimum order of £50 applies.
Extended Delivery Area
Delivery may be available outside the free zone (up to 10km) for an additional fee.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode.
If your address falls outside our delivery range, you will be notified before payment is taken.
Delivery & Collection Times
All orders are prepared for your selected collection or delivery time.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed time, as buffet items are freshly prepared and may not be suitable to return or redeliver.
